📋 Description

• Assist the Manager, Interior Design and Interior Designers with development and implementation of model homes • Assist Interior Designers with conceptual design, space planning, material selection, and procurement • Assist with CAD drafting and space planning under senior designers’ and/or managers’ guidance • Maintain the material library, including samples, catalogs, and resources • Communicate with vendors regarding custom order quotes and lead times • Assist with sourcing and procurement efforts • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including purchase orders, meeting notes, agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials • Attend model installations as necessary • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree preferred • 1-3 years Interior Design or related experience • Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, In-Design, Excel, Word and PowerPoint on Macintosh platform • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude • Excellent work ethic, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to cope well under pressure and accept constructive feedback • Unrestricted California Motor Vehicle License • Moderate regional travel, including overnight trips and flights, required • Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. • Finger dexterity
