📋 Description

• Assist Interior Designers with all aspects of project execution, including conceptual design, space planning, material selection, and procurement • Assist with CAD drafting and space planning tasks under the guidance of senior designers and/or managers • Maintain material library, organizing samples, catalogs, and resources for easy access and reference by the design team • Communicate with vendors on custom order quotes and lead times and assist designers with sourcing and procurement efforts as needed • Prepare and maintain project documentation including POs, meeting notes and agendas, presentations, and follow up materials as needed • Attend Model installations as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree preferred • 1-3 years Interior Design or related experience • Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, In-Design, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint on Macintosh platform • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude • Excellent work ethic, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Copes well under pressure and can accept constructive feedback • California Motor Vehicle License – unrestricted • Moderate regional travel (including overnight trips and flights) required
