📋 Description

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment. • Properly use safety equipment, vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG. • Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances. • Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, and decide whether to repair products or replace parts. • Process paperwork and perform data entry immediately and accurately after each job. • Pre-screen next-day service calls by obtaining information to help diagnose problems before arriving at customers' homes. • Meet or exceed company metrics including customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management and OT percentage. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and represent LG professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred). • Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products). • Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment. • Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues. • Valid Driver’s license in good standing. • Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification. • Ability to continuously bend and lift up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to work coverage in the St. Augustine, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park, East Jacksonville, Sandalwood and surrounding metro areas.
