📋 Description

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment to ensure top product performance. • Use all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG. • Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances. • Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, and decide whether to repair products and/or replace parts. • Process paperwork and perform data entry immediately and accurately upon completion of each job. • Pre-screen next-day service calls by obtaining information to help diagnose problems before arriving at customers' homes. • Meet or exceed company metrics, including customer satisfaction, fix-right-first-time, revisits, parts management, and OT percentage. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while servicing LG products in customers' homes. • Manage inventory and perform daily administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred). • Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products). • Experience in the use of tools and diagnostic test equipment. • Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues. • Valid Driver’s license in good standing. • Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification. • Ability to meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work coverage in the general Miami, FL and surrounding metro areas.
