📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation • Promote a positive customer experience and serve as the on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems • Service instrumentation in municipal and industrial settings, including water and wastewater facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and food and beverage processing facilities • Service instruments in NEC hazardous locations when applicable • Submit prompt, accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure • Follow safe work practices according to company policy • Execute administrative activities supporting service visits • Travel daily to customer sites throughout the Dallas-area territory • Report to the Field Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 2 years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred • Valid driver's license required • Clean driving record required • Ability to rent a car and/or hotel rooms under applicable state law required • Mechanical aptitude • Experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair • Associates/technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel daily to customer sites, typically within a 2-hour radius • Ability to undertake overnight travel, with 65–75% of weekly travel including overnight stays • Occasional travel to other states within the region for trips up to one week
