📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customer needs • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty brand • Connect customers to appropriate insurance products • Complete paid training and licensing in a remote work environment • Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Maintain department work-at-home requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2-3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty License required after hire • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet connection with minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload speeds • Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services • Applicants must reside within specified eligible locations • Employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating
