📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Begin paid training in a remote work environment • Work with incoming warm leads and make no cold calls • Work assigned schedules for at least six months before consideration for another shift

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must work one of the specified shifts: 11:30–8pm EST, 12:30–9pm EST, or 1:30–10pm EST • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
