📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Complete paid remote training and licensing • Work scheduled shifts of 11:30–8:00pm EST, 12:30–9:00pm EST, or 1:30–10:00pm EST • Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Direct only warm leads; no cold calls

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Must have wired high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
