📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers about their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Complete paid remote training and insurance licensing • Work assigned shifts of 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m., or 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. EST • Support customers in a remote work environment • Make no cold calls; handle incoming warm leads

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet required, with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported • Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating
