📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers' needs • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to appropriate products • Provide customer-centric sales and service • Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Complete 16 weeks of training for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires • Work remotely from a professional workspace with required wired high-speed internet

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance License required; paid training and licensing provided if not currently licensed • Must reside in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Kansas, or Kentucky • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must work one of the specified shifts: 11:30–8pm EST, 12:30–9pm EST, or 1:30–10pm EST • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired cable, fiber, or DSL internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
