📋 Description

• Obtain appointment dates for patients recommended for spinal injections and surgical procedures • Build rapport with law firms and physician offices • Update client files on a computer • Inform law firms of their clients’ appointment dates • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations • Achieve quarterly measurements and incentive goals • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required • 2 years of experience in medical scheduling or healthcare coordination • Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Computer literate • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute • Experience working with physician offices and healthcare providers • Experience handling high-volume phone communication • Able to sit and be on the phone for long periods of time • Reliable high-speed internet for remote work
