📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply-side agreements, including publisher agreements and related platform and partner terms • Draft, review, and negotiate demand-side agreements, including DSP agreements and advertising insertion orders with advertisers, agencies, and other ad partners • Draft, review, and negotiate content licensing agreements supporting advertising and monetization initiatives • Negotiate data processing agreements and privacy and data use terms under CCPA and GDPR frameworks • Review and negotiate procurement and marketing agreements • Advise Ads, Sales, and Ad Ops teams by translating legal requirements into practical guidance • Build and maintain advertising agreement templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and contracting workflows • Partner with Privacy, Product, and Engineering to align advertising terms with products and data practices • Track advertising and privacy law developments and industry standards, including IAB terms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal recommendations with business objectives while protecting Life360 and its members • Report to the Deputy General Counsel for Commercial, Litigation & IP

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar • At least 5 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm and/or in-house at an advertising, ad tech, media, or technology company, with a strong focus on negotiating digital advertising agreements • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating publisher agreements, DSP and/or SSP agreements, advertising IOs, and content licensing agreements • Experience working within privacy frameworks, including CCPA and GDPR, and experience negotiating DPAs • Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem and IAB standard terms is a plus • Ability to balance legal protections with practical business needs and close transactions efficiently • Demonstrated interest in using AI-powered tools and leveraging technology to improve efficiency • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
