📋 Description

• Provide legal guidance to Ads Product and Engineering teams across a wide range of initiatives • Advise teams building products and features in a fast-paced, high-growth setting • Serve as principal legal advisor to various ads product areas • Develop subject-matter expertise and lead cross-product initiatives • Develop principles and frameworks for product design in a changing regulatory environment • Advise on AI-driven features, data-clean-room solutions, and advanced machine learning • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, business partners, commercial legal, ads policy, sales, privacy, and regulatory teams • Ensure product and feature compliance with global privacy and data laws and internal policies • Lead cross-functional groups and drive successful, timely project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience with a significant focus on online advertising • Understanding of the digital ads business and the information systems and data flows that support it • Deep knowledge of technical ads infrastructure and emerging trends • Experience advising AI-feature development in ads is a plus • Strong working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, U.S. State Privacy Laws, IAB, NAI, DSA, and the EU AI Act • JD • Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, or ability to register as in-house counsel where required • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to process information quickly, exercise judgment confidently and timely, and summarize complex legal concepts concisely • Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive timely project outcomes
