📋 Description

• Provide project management oversight from maintenance through eCOA decommissioning • Oversee deliverables, timelines, and completion of work according to Worldwide SOP standards • Review and identify study trends and proactively address study-specific requirements with eCOA vendors and study teams • Communicate eCOA project activities to internal and sponsor study teams • Serve as the escalation point for assigned eCOA study-related project issues • Coordinate timely delivery of study status reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and project calls • Review study designs and approve User Requirements Specifications (URS) for post-go-live changes in scope • Prepare, review, and approve site, support, and helpdesk documentation • Perform financial reviews and budget management, including Change Order reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent experience • Minimum 1 year of experience working in eCOA and clinical trials • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management • Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical experience required • Demonstrable knowledge of operational aspects regarding Phase I-IV clinical research trials • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with eCOA topics, including eCOA designs and scales • Fluency in English required for day-to-day business • Proficient client-facing skills • Proficient in common office software • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent project management skills • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones when required
