📋 Description

• Promote a product to specialty healthcare providers in an assigned territory • Achieve sales forecast and gain adoption and utilization of the product • Deliver accurate product information, features/benefits, and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone • Understand and convey complex product-related information in a professional, reassuring manner • Actively listen to callers' needs while navigating the CRM • Provide accurate and complete information on requested topics • Apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience • Manage fluctuating business needs and scheduled work reliably

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience • Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience • Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to deliver accurate product information, features/benefits, and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone • Advanced listening and decision-making skills • Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner in real time • Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback • Ability to handle multiple tasks while navigating a CRM • High work ethic; reliable and punctual • Ability to be flexible to meet fluctuating business needs
