📋 Description

• Implement and execute compliant marketing and sales direction to achieve territory objectives • Develop daily and weekly call schedules for efficient and comprehensive coverage of aligned targets • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic virtual interactions with assigned targets • Plan territory activities and perform impactful pre- and post-call analysis • Collaborate with internal client regulatory and medical affairs teams and the Engagement Center Call Center Manager • Resolve customer needs efficiently and effectively • Use the telephony system and record appropriate information in the CRM according to customer business rules and training • Support the US Marketing and Sales team in reaching, selling, motivating, and raising awareness among client target audiences • Help drive business impact for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum required • 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience OR 1+ years specialty experience • Experience with HIV products strongly preferred • Strong account management and collaboration skills required • Experience in digital, tele, or related multi-channel sales • Technical/computer proficiency, including MS Office • Self-motivated with strong performance orientation • Expert selling skills, including customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion • Effective prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance guidelines • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Advanced business acumen skills • Must execute work in compliance with applicable guidelines and customer business rules • Certain local governments or Syneos Health customers may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination
