📋 Description

• Join LifeStance Health’s Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team as a licensed therapist • Serve as a core member of the Collaborative Care Team virtually embedded in an OB/GYN clinic • Collaborate with OB/GYN clinicians, medical staff, psychiatric consultants, and other behavioral health professionals • Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions • Provide brief therapy and support aligned with patients’ overall healthcare goals • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and communicate findings to the care team • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing behavioral, physical health, and social needs • Provide culturally responsive, person-centered care • Communicate behavioral health principles to non-behavioral health professionals to support treatment planning and care coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed therapist, such as social worker, marriage and family therapist, licensed mental health clinician, or licensed professional counselor • License to practice in Florida • Skilled in delivering evidence-based interventions • Comfort navigating an electronic health record and registry platform • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to patient-centered, collaborative care planning • Experience in and enjoyment of multidisciplinary care teams, including OB/GYNs, midwives, nurses, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals • Proficiency communicating behavioral health principles to non-behavioral health professionals • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) • Ability to conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans • Ability to provide culturally responsive care • Experience in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary care setting required • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment • Proficiency with electronic health record systems and timely documentation • Desire to treat women across the reproductive lifespan • Therapists bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
