📋 Description

• Initiate contact with prospective and existing customers by telephone, email, and other available resources • Promote LGH growth goals through professional sales techniques and exceptional customer service • Present sales offerings to prospects and support Outside Rental Representatives • Use the internal CRM, conduct research, and gather information to meet corporate sales objectives • Generate new customer leads through cold-calling, prospecting, and lead-generation techniques • Follow up on quotes to convert them into orders and establish trusted customer relationships • Maintain detailed notes and collect territory job data for lead development • Build relationships that generate referrals and future bidding opportunities • Partner with newer and below-budget outside representatives to provide lead-generating and sales support • Follow up after job completion to obtain feedback, referrals, and future quoting opportunities • Maximize sales potential using competitive sales techniques, LGH product knowledge, and updated service offerings • Manage high volumes of outbound and inbound phone calls and online customer service interactions • Develop new contacts within existing accounts and grow account and revenue bases • Qualify customers and identify the correct equipment needed for each job • Represent the company at trade shows when needed and generate customer interest • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 2 years B2B inside or outside sales experience required • Rigging and knowledge of all relative construction industries strongly preferred • CRM experience strongly preferred • Ability to pass a criminal background and driving history check • Employment verifications • Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employer-sponsored work visa
