📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical workstreams from problem framing through final insights • Translate complex workforce datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for client decision-making • Develop executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and presentations communicating key findings • Structure insights to support strategic decisions and transformation initiatives • Ensure data accuracy, methodological consistency, and alignment with delivery standards • Review and validate analytical work from Senior Analysts and Analysts • Document methodologies, data transformations, and analytical assumptions • Monitor analytical workflows for timeliness, efficiency, and risk mitigation • Develop templates, standard modules, and reusable analytical assets • Improve analytical processes, methodologies, and standardization • Assess analytical feasibility, complexity, and effort for proposed workstreams • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align analytical outputs with project objectives • Mentor analysts and contribute to scalable methodologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, or a related field • Degree in quantitative field preferred (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field) • Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-facing environments • Experience owning complex analytical workstreams end-to-end, from problem framing to delivery • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and decision-support recommendations • Ability to manage multiple analytical workstream components with strong attention to detail and quality control • Ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing analytical rigor, speed, and client context • Experience creating client-ready visualizations, presentations, and analytical storytelling • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong background in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and quality assurance • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar analytical programming tools • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Experience mentoring analysts and contributing to reusable analytical frameworks or best practices • Experience in workforce analytics, skills data, HR technology, or labor economics is a plus • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Must live and work in a state where Lightcast is authorized to operate; the role excludes Alaska, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming
