📋 Description

• Process electronic evidence for production to end clients, opposing counsel, and governmental bodies in response to legal orders • Convert native files using industry-specific processing applications such as Relativity • Process and convert files to image formats including TIF, JPG, and PDF • Export documents and metadata for client review and production • Ensure the quality of processed data and final production output • Identify records for production using advanced queries • Confirm consistency checks on client coding against documents and associated family members • Adhere to company standards, client-specific technical specifications, SLAs, and production deadlines • Configure imaging according to requested specifications • Create and prepare load files and deliverables for Concordance, Summation, eCapture, Relativity, and other review tools • Format data for import into legal review software using internal tools • Work independently on queued and assigned job requests • Communicate job status and potential issues to production management and Service Delivery leadership • Provide detailed hand-off summaries during shift or job turnover • Perform thorough quality checks at multiple stages using documented procedures and tools • Inform management of potential process improvements • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent experience • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred • 3 to 5 years of experience processing data in an Electronic Discovery environment • Knowledge of Relativity, iPro eCapture, and other litigation support applications such as Nuix, LAW and Summation, ReadySuite, etc. is a plus • Ability to independently use SQL to write queries for extracting and manipulating raw data preferred • Knowledge of scripting or coding languages such as PowerShell, C#, or JAVA is a plus but not required • Exceptional attention to detail • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements and priorities • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to identify solutions to non-standard requests and resolve issues • Effective verbal and written communication • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Strong Microsoft Office/MS365 skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and work well with others • Ability to quickly learn and master new applications and processes • Strong initiative and desire to learn and excel • Open to working an assigned shift within departmental hours of operation (currently 7:30 am–11:00 pm, seven days a week) • Ability to work flexible hours as needed • Ability to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends
