📋 Description

• Set up and modify the Haskell CAMS Prioritized Packaging function to expedite Federal Pell Grant processing • Implement and manage the governmental satisfactory academic progress function to support student needs • Import ISIR data daily from EdConnect into Haskell CAMS via a secure VPN connection • Identify and manage missing documents required for FAFSA processing and communicate with students as necessary • Oversee the verification process for Title IV federal student aid applications and ensure compliance with federal regulations • Train staff on disbursing Pell/award payments through CAMS

🎯 Requirements

• Experience on CAMS, specifically training staff on how to disburse Pell/award payments through CAMS • Experience with financial aid processes and systems, particularly in a higher education setting • Familiarity with the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) System and EDConnect • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage the budgeting and packaging of student financial assistance • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Ability to pass a federal security investigation/background check and obtain a Department of the Interior Public Trust security clearance prior to start • U.S. Citizenship required to work in support of a federal agency
