• Drive sales growth within the assigned Orlando, Florida territory • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans for Abbott Cancer Diagnostics products, including OncoExTra, OncoDetect (MRD), and RiskGuard • Build and strengthen relationships with oncologists, pathologists, key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders • Promote adoption and utilization of Abbott Cancer Diagnostics products through clinical expertise and consultative selling • Partner with managed care, reimbursement teams, patient advocacy organizations, and providers to improve patient access and address testing barriers • Analyze territory dynamics, competitive activity, and clinical trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to regional and national leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and deliver best-in-class customer service • Travel approximately 75% of the time
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree • 5+ years of sales experience selling or promoting complex products in medical oncology, diagnostics, or similar healthcare products • 3+ years of medical sales experience in specialty areas including Buy & Bill, Medical Device, or highly clinical specialties such as urology, cardiology, or GI • 3+ years of experience selling in a highly competitive environment • Demonstrated clinical and scientific expertise • Strong territory or account management skills • Strong understanding of competitors and market trends impacting product utilization • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record • No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months • No alcohol or drug-related vehicle event within the last 36 months • No unacceptable liability results from the Motor Vehicle Report check • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: clinical experience • Preferred: 1+ years of oncology experience selling chemo/immunotherapy or oncology diagnostics • Preferred: strong relationships within oncology accounts in the territory • Preferred: experience selling to surgeons and cancer centers • Preferred: experience in NextGen Sequencing, Minimal Residual Disease, comprehensive genomic profiling, liquid biopsy, and/or hereditary cancer
