📋 Description

• Contribute to delivery of solutions meeting client needs • Manage clients and lead a dedicated Senior Project Manager team • Ensure solution delivery meets client needs • Manage litigations and investigations and provide consultative guidance • Execute client work in Spectra and Relativity for cases and investigations • Help design methods, processes, metrics, and quality steps for collection, legal hold, discovery, and document review • Assist in defining requirements, selecting technology and services, and implementing technical discovery solutions with customers • Ensure clients understand Lighthouse’s products and services • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, training, and mentoring client team members • Serve as a key resource for clients’ in-house legal teams on day-to-day task execution across Legal, IT, Finance, and other departments • Collaborate with Client Services, Account Management, Client Success, Spectra, Information Governance, Digital Forensics, Review Management, clients, and client vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus) • 5+ years of successful experience in a law department, law firm and/or a legal consulting firm or eDiscovery provider • Experience providing substantive legal advice concerning electronic discovery issues, including all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) • Experience developing defensible strategies for eDiscovery collections, processing, culling, searching, and productions • Experience interfacing with in-house and/or outside counsel regarding eDiscovery issues and disputes • Experience advising clients regarding records management and data governance issues related to discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) • Experience working effectively with eDiscovery teams to provide the full range of eDiscovery services • Experience identifying improvement opportunities, recommending viable solutions, and implementing projects • Strong client empathy and ability to build relationships with clients • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask • High-energy, collaborative team-player, and self-starter • Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material • May be required to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends
