📋 Description

• Lead the Supply Operations engineering team at Lime, a global shared micromobility business • Lead and develop mobile and backend engineers, including senior technical leaders • Partner with Product, Design, Operations, Security, and other engineering teams to define strategy and create and execute the roadmap • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across mobile, backend, and web systems • Participate in technical design decisions • Drive engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence • Develop and empower technical leaders and establish clear ownership • Measure team impact and set clear expectations and goals • Partner with leadership on staffing and organizational priorities • Create an environment where engineers own complex problems from product definition through implementation and rollout

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience in technical leadership and people management • Experience managing and developing teams of senior engineers and technical leads • Strong technical background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering • Demonstrated experience leading complex products or projects end to end across multiple technical areas • Strong track record of working with cross-functional partners and influencing strategy in ambiguous environments • Demonstrated experience recruiting, coaching, and managing technical teams, including performance management • Experience participating in a shared on-call rotation • Candidates must reside in and work remotely from the United States • Preferred: Experience leading teams spanning mobile and backend engineering • Preferred: Experience with Android/iOS development and mobile release processes • Preferred: Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, logistics, or workforce products • Preferred: Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams • Preferred: Experience with mobile security, authentication, or device integrity
