📋 Description

• Drive delivery of business outcomes, including planning, scheduling, and execution • Drive cross-team and cross-organization efforts with predictable results and excellent collaboration • Collaborate with Product Management and UX to maintain an actionable, valuable team backlog • Ensure end-to-end software quality and delivery • Own monitoring and production issues • Hire and develop new team members • Coach individuals in professional and technical development • Champion AI tools and practices to accelerate development, improve team velocity, and pioneer new ways of building

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and mentoring successful teams to drive predictable business results • Experience delivering high quality iOS and/or Android experiences across the native stack • Experience managing a mix of core contributions and away team engagements • Experience delivering products using GraphQL and microservices • Willingness to get hands-on and go deep to help the team reach its goals • Ability to encourage high agency and creative problem-solving • Desire to build diverse, high-performing teams that prioritize customer success
