📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning efforts for Workplace Solutions to drive long-term growth, profitability, customer experience improvements, and enterprise priorities • Partner with senior and executive leaders to develop, prioritize, and execute transformational initiatives • Align investments and resources with business objectives and strategic outcomes • Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs and projects • Coordinate stakeholders, drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and deliver results • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and business challenges • Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen competitive positioning and create sustainable value • Drive organizational change and continuous improvement • Enhance business performance, streamline processes, improve quality, and support future growth • Build relationships and influence across the enterprise • Foster collaboration, gain consensus, and navigate competing priorities • Establish and monitor success measures for strategic initiatives • Provide executive-level insights, track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with intended outcomes • Develop organizational capability and strategic thinking through leadership, mentorship, and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's • 10+ years of strategic planning experience directly aligned to the role • Ability to think critically, analyze information and evaluate implications of a course of action or solution • Experience in strategic planning/execution • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence all levels of management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate knowledgeably and credibly with senior management and internal constituents • Up to 25% travel • Group Benefits experience (preferred) • Comprehension of modern digital portals and customer experience technology, with working knowledge of AI (preferred)
