📋 Description

• Lead end to end project coordination for a critical Leave of Absence and Payroll initiative • Bring People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, and partner teams together around shared deliverables • Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations • Coordinate integration testing across Workday and related HR and Payroll platforms • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities • Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution • Maintain clear status reporting and stakeholder communication • Support additional Payroll and HR transformation initiatives as capacity allows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Payroll, HR Technology, HRIS, or a related area • Hands on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Absence • Strong understanding of Payroll processing and Leave of Absence policies and processes • Experience supporting HR or Payroll system integrations • Proven success managing cross functional projects within a large enterprise • Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Bachelor's degree • English required • Must address whether sponsorship to work in the US will be required now or in the future
