📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with existing government clients • Respond to client inquiries and provide professional account support • Maintain awareness of government contract requirements, pricing structures, renewal dates, and client-specific procedures • Confirm project scope and prepare quotes with internal teams • Review incoming requests, clarify missing or ambiguous details, flag potential issues, and provide handoffs to project management teams • Track client preferences and project specifications during recurring or high-volume tasks • Work with government clients and internal teams to address project concerns and process complaints according to LinguaLinx Quality Management policies • Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports required by government contracts • Compile and organize account information for invoicing, contract reporting, and government-specific administrative requirements • Build relationships with existing agencies, identify opportunities for additional services, and help expand LinguaLinx’s presence within government contracts

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of customer service or account manager experience required • Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication skills for client correspondence and internal collaboration • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing instructions, tracking client preferences, and maintaining project information • Basic familiarity with the translation industry • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, to organize information and support recurring reports • Previous experience supporting government accounts, public-sector clients, or contract-based services • Familiarity with government procurement processes, contract vehicles, and public sector purchasing procedures • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot to track client interactions, outreach activities, and account opportunities
