📋 Description

• Interact with candidates in their native and target language to evaluate interpreting skills and language proficiency • Conduct proficiency exams using Google Meet to record and document test results • Evaluate tests according to given scoring criteria • Accept and use required scoring parameters and maintain consistent and reliable scoring • Perform tests in a professional manner • Enter complete data in testing documents and submit it in a timely manner • Provide comments and concerns to the Interpreter Relations Manager • Collaborate with team members to review, edit, and update testing materials • Attend quarterly calibration sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional interpreting experience • Excellent customer service skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Organized and able to complete tasks in a timely manner • Must be able to navigate the internet and record tests • Cultural background or knowledge of specific country or geographical region • Testing experience preferred but not required • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be legally allowed to work in the US and provide documentation • Must be willing to submit to a background check • Must be 18 years of age or older
