📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and existing clinical workflows • Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains • Develop customized workflow solutions for specific healthcare environments • Implement Linus Health products and services • Manage customer satisfaction post-sale • Ensure contractual obligations and Statement of Work requirements are met • Guide adoption of digital cognitive assessments for physicians, nurses, and medical assistants • Create and implement change management strategies • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users • Stay updated on cognitive assessment advancements and clinical applications • Develop understanding of Linus's Clinical Pathways and advocate their use • Drive workflow changes by demonstrating value to clinical stakeholders • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients' clinical needs • Communicate complex clinical concepts to non-clinical stakeholders • Collaborate with sales, technology, and product development teams • Engage customers during implementation and post-account management to drive utilization • Act as a trusted advisor to customers • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, needs assessments, proposed solutions, and implementation plans • Generate progress reports, identify trends, and recommend process enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MSN, MD) preferred • Extensive clinical experience in a healthcare setting • Strong understanding of physician, nurse, and medical assistant workflows • Familiarity with digital cognitive assessments or similar healthcare technologies is a plus • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams • Ability to travel as needed to client sites, estimated up to 50% travel
