📋 Description

• Process Optimization: Mapping out and optimizing revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success • Technology and Systems Management: Overseeing the implementation and management of CRM systems, marketing automation tools and other revenue operations technologies • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and shared strategies • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations • Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Assisting in the development of revenue forecasts and financial models • Data Management and Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive revenue strategy decisions
