📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations using n8n, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts • Connect systems so data flows reliably between them • Own and continuously improve the Airtable environment, including bases, interfaces, automations, and scripting • Support Photography, Compliance and Integrity, and Production teams using Airtable • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to build, document, and maintain automations, scripts, and integrations • Administer enterprise applications including NetSuite users, roles, permissions, saved searches, records, and fields • Troubleshoot synchronization issues across NetSuite, Shopify, and connected systems • Provide high-touch, systems-specific technical support beyond first-line helpdesk • Serve as a second owner and backup across automations and enterprise systems • Monitor and maintain data pipelines and the Snowflake environment • Support dependable, timely data for Marketing, Lifecycle, Finance, and Analytics teams • Document systems, workflows, and runbooks • Implement continuous improvements after issues are resolved • Partner with the Director of Systems and teams across Photography, Product, Compliance and Integrity, Production, Marketing, Lifecycle, eCommerce, and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in systems administration, IT engineering, or automation and integration engineering • Advanced Airtable or similar relational database systems expertise, including complex bases, interfaces, automations, and scripting • Strong workflow automation experience with n8n or a comparable platform • Track record of building API and webhook integrations between SaaS systems • Solid JavaScript and/or Python scripting skills • Comfort working with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth authentication • Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude • Experience administering enterprise business applications, including NetSuite users, roles, saved searches, and general administration • Strong troubleshooting instincts, ownership and follow-through • Clear documentation habits • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners • Preferred: experience with Snowflake, dbt, and SQL for monitoring and maintaining data pipelines • Preferred: identity and access administration with Okta • Preferred: endpoint management with Jamf and/or Intune • Preferred: Google Workspace administration • Preferred: experience supporting Shopify Plus, digital asset management platforms, and Zendesk, Gladly, or Richpanel • Preferred: experience supporting data, analytics, and finance reporting needs • Must be able to work within the United States • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
