📋 Description

• Generate and manage interest in leadership and personal development programs through established digital strategies • Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations • Understand individual goals, priorities, and aspirations • Share relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process • Build meaningful professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up • Independently manage activities while applying communication and relationship-building strengths • Follow established systems for client engagement, marketing, and business development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • Background in leadership, people development, learning and development, HR, coaching, consulting, client relationships, business development, marketing, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Genuine interest in people, personal growth, and professional development • Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual goals • Confidence engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds • Self-motivation and ability to manage your schedule independently • Willingness to learn and follow established systems • Proactive, positive approach to building relationships and achieving results • Applicable business expenses, including a required ongoing tool subscription, are the participant's responsibility • Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required
