📋 Description

• Perform month-end close tasks, including preparation of general ledger entries and analysis • Review period close submissions • Assist in month/quarter-end reporting package consolidation • Review regional and/or divisional balance sheets and bank reconciliations • Ensure timely completion and documentation of identified and resolved issues • Complete divisional balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations • Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research discrepancies • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company procedures, policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements • Maintain, control, and reconcile moderate to highly complex accounts • Assist divisional management with corporate or executive management ad hoc requests • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • MBA and/or CPA preferred • 5-7 years’ comparable work experience • Strong accounting experience • Quality problem solving and communication skills • Oracle experience a plus • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
