📋 Description

• Manage complex accounting tasks • Ensure the accuracy of financial records • Support the company’s financial reporting processes • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls • Confirm that entries, transactions, and accounts are accurately and properly consolidated and included in internal and external financial statements • Advise management on trends and changes in reporting requirements and recommend the best approach • Resolve escalated operational issues requiring coordination with other departments • Collaborate with other team members • Mentor junior staff

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable working across systems and synthesizing data from multiple sources • Strong communication skills and ability to translate messy data into crisp insight • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Ability to convey complex ideas in a simplified manner • Prioritization and planning skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to handle responsibilities independently and exercise good judgment in problem solving • Ability to work independently and professionally in a remote work environment • Flexibility to travel as needed • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or a suitable combination of education and experience • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with financial analysis, revenue recognition and compilation of financial reporting packages • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Prolonged ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
