• Partner opportunity for an experienced management-side employment attorney • Scale your California Labor & Employment Practice with the support of a National Am Law 100 Firm • Help grow your practice and expand client relationships • Lead complex work with the support of a national firm • Strengthen California bench to meet increasing demand • Support sophisticated wage and hour, class action, and complex employment litigation

🎯 Requirements

• Management-side California Labor & Employment practice • Strength in wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation • Active California presence (remote within California supported) • Experience leading complex matters and supervising legal teams • Portable business with continued growth trajectory • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to practice development • Interest in helping build and lead the firm’s California platform
