📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities • Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound sales activity, averaging 50+ calls per day • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of advertising clients • Identify opportunities for retention, upselling, and expansion • Prospect for new business through consistent outbound outreach and follow-up • Recommend customized print and digital advertising solutions aligned with client goals • Guide clients through short, transactional sales cycles • Process advertising orders, campaign updates, and client requests • Maintain organized CRM activity, pipeline management, and accurate documentation using Salesforce and other sales tools • Balance prospecting, customer communication, administrative work, and campaign management • Partner with internal support teams to ensure positive client experiences and successful campaign execution

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, business development, or another customer-facing environment preferred • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day in a metrics-driven environment • Strong communication skills with confidence speaking with business owners over the phone • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Ability to quickly learn CRM platforms, sales technology, and multiple internal systems • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred but not required
