📋 Description

• Proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of highly specialized engineering talent • Support Loft Orbital’s growing hiring needs across challenging technical positions • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies • Map competitive talent markets and identify relevant companies and emerging talent pools • Connect with exceptional passive candidates across hardware engineering disciplines • Conduct initial candidate outreach, generate interest, and evaluate basic technical alignment • Provide sourcing insights, market intelligence, and candidate recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hardware and engineering talent • Demonstrated expertise in proactive headhunting, including LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and creative sourcing techniques • Experience sourcing technical talent across mechanical engineering, electrical/electronics, embedded systems, firmware, RF/wireless, systems engineering, and hardware test • Strong understanding of CAD, PCB design, embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGA, RF systems, and hardware verification and validation • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates for niche, specialized engineering positions • Experience conducting initial candidate outreach, evaluating basic technical alignment, and handing candidates over to recruiters • Ability to independently develop sourcing strategies, identify target companies, and build talent pipelines • Strong research and market-mapping skills • Ability to pitch Loft’s mission, culture, and technical challenges to specialized candidates • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities and accurate candidate records • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools; Lever preferred • Ability to collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
