📋 Description
• Execute full lifecycle recruiting activities for highly specialized technical positions • Support high-volume, time-sensitive proposal efforts • Build and maintain pipelines of cleared candidates • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of federal contracting technical recruiting experience • Experience recruiting cleared personnel (Secret through TS/SCI) • Experience in high-volume, surge recruiting environments • Proposal Lifecycle experience • Familiarity with SOCOM labor categories • Military or SOF experience • Experience in matrixed organizations
