📋 Description

• Provide professional services delivery involving infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration, and knowledge transfer for Logicalis clients • Act as technical lead and subject matter expert, providing implementation guidance to clients • Perform overall solution implementations, including solution designs, implementation plans, and documentation • Develop Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations • Provide guidance and recommendations for new technical services and solutions • Lead project teams to deliver successful implementations • Perform expert integration and customized consulting services • Design, plan, implement, validate and test, document, provide knowledge transfer, troubleshoot, and support solutions • Gather client requirements, design solutions, and build proofs of concept and implementations • Deliver consultative knowledge transfer and documentation to clients • Coordinate with RMO and PMO to schedule and manage engagements • Perform client assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning • Participate in product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement • Build client relationships, manage expectations, and maintain client satisfaction • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures • Perform duties consistent with Logicalis' customer service expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination accepted • 8 years of experience including design, consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft solutions • Experience implementing and migrating Active Directory • Experience with Office 365 migrations from varying Exchange versions and hybrid enterprise environments • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and management solutions • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, and Entra ID Protection • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business integration, and deployment • General knowledge of Quest On Demand Migration, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate • Strong PowerShell scripting skills • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications • Two or more listed Microsoft certifications • Excellent written and verbal skills and professional interaction with external clients and internal teams • Ability to consult deeply with clients to define requirements and scope of work • Strong organizational, administrative, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple client requests • Ability to travel nationally to meet clients • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
