📋 Description

• Plan and manage IT projects through the entire life cycle using Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology • Deliver projects within approved Statement of Work parameters, on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer service • Lead Professional Services teams in initiating, planning, and delivering technology solutions • Manage project communications, internal and external stakeholders, project costs, schedules, scope, risks, issues, resources, and quality • Develop and maintain project plans, including Gantt charts, predecessors, milestones, and quality gates • Lead scope changes and development of Project Change Requests • Track billing milestones, profitability targets, and Earned Value throughout projects • Coordinate resources and adjustments required for service delivery • Develop communication plans covering meeting cadence, status reporting, and escalation management • Oversee third-party vendor or partner deliverables • Validate deliverables against SOW terms and ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction • Document and share lessons learned to support continuous process improvement • Support engineers delivering projects involving IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or Managed Services technologies • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training • Equivalent combination accepted • 7+ years of enterprise-level project management experience managing complex Information Technology projects and leading teams of up to 10 resources • 7+ years of project management experience in IT Professional Services, IT Infrastructure, Azure Cloud, and/or Managed Services technologies • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project • Experience working within Project, Project Portfolio, or Workforce Management systems (i.e. ServiceNow) • Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred • CAPM, ITIL, CSM and/or technical certifications beneficial • Minimal travel may be required • Ability to meet stated physical demands • Commitment to applicable laws, regulations, and Logicalis policies and procedures
