📋 Description

• Lead and execute strategic sourcing strategies across facilities categories and related services and supplies, including maintenance, repairs, utilities, janitorial, HVAC, and construction • Engage client stakeholders to identify priorities and challenges and develop category-specific sourcing strategies • Own the end-to-end RFP process, including data gathering, RFP development and execution, proposal evaluation, supplier negotiations, results presentation, and support for award decisions and contracting • Evaluate supplier proposals using TCO modeling • Develop cost-reduction strategies including value engineering and demand optimization • Lead research and analytics to validate savings projections and support supplier negotiations • Provide high-quality customer service • Research suppliers and changing market trends and capabilities • Facilitate communication between client business units and suppliers • Build and manage supplier ecosystems by category and region • Review major contracts and serve as a subject matter expert for complex negotiations • Monitor spend, supplier performance, and savings targets • Build relationships across organizational levels, including C-suite partnerships • Report directly to the Managing Director, Sourcing & Procurement – Facilities

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required • 8–10 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with deep expertise in facilities • Proven experience developing category strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events • Strong background in supplier negotiations • Experience interfacing with clients and/or stakeholders at all organizational levels, especially in services industries • Expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making • Experience driving change management and building cross-functional consensus • Experience implementing value engineering and specification optimization recommendations • Strong knowledge of supplier ecosystems serving IT categories • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for presentations • Ability to deliver on client expectations, influence others, and escalate as needed • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to build relationships and gain credibility beyond defined scope of work • Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to client service • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment • Minimal travel required; approximately 5% travel • Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
