📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive legal representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters • Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings • Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence • Attend court hearings in person and virtually • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice • Collaborate with experienced attorneys and operational staff under the guidance of a managing attorney

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in Texas (required) • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred; all qualified applicants considered • Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven • Preferred: multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, and federal licensure • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must complete the I-9 form and provide documentation of identity and work eligibility • Court-related travel may be required
