📋 Description

• Manage the design, development, implementation, and support of data engineering and integration solutions • Translate technology priorities and architecture direction into team work plans, delivery schedules, and technical assignments • Improve processes and practices to support reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions • Make implementation decisions within approved architecture and budget parameters • Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards • Implement and monitor processes supporting data quality, lineage, metadata management, and operational performance • Identify and address data, integration, and operational risks • Directly manage data engineers, integration developers, and analysts • Provide coaching, performance management, development planning, and day-to-day leadership • Assess resource needs and allocate staff to projects and operational requirements • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, application teams, and analytics groups • Provide recommendations to technology leadership on delivery approaches, risks, dependencies, and improvements • Monitor service levels, delivery performance, and operational metrics • Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability, efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned or required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, cloud platforms, or related technology discipline • Experience leading technical professionals and delivering complex data and integration solutions involving multiple stakeholders and systems • Experience applying technology, security, and governance standards • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners • Experience with modern data platforms and cloud technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP • Strong knowledge of data engineering, integration, APIs, pipelines, and cloud platforms • Knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and risk management practices • Ability to analyze technical and operational issues, recommend solutions, and make decisions within established standards and guidelines • Relevant technical or leadership certifications preferred • Agile delivery, service management, or project planning experience preferred
