📋 Description

• Develop Loomis’ SafePoint product and solution configuration • Manage onboarding and implementation processes for specified client implementations • Deliver end-to-end implementation, resource scheduling, stakeholder communication, installation, implementation, and training of the SafePoint Solution • Study the product offering and implementation project plans and become a subject matter expert on SafePoint and its applications • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and internal and external customer satisfaction • Apply project management, communication, and influence-management techniques to complete projects successfully • Coordinate SafePoint equipment logistics, including device allocation, shipment timing, delivery tracking, installation readiness, and inventory availability • Coordinate with Planning, Operations, vendors, and service partners to forecast deployment needs and align ordering schedules • Monitor purchase requests, order status, delivery commitments, backorders, and escalations • Maintain visibility into implementation inventory, including units on hand, committed, in transit, and inventory risks • Establish and maintain client relationships and identify additional ways Loomis can provide value • Manage vendors and support professional, efficient customer service • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical institute degree/certificate in Business, Computer Science, IS, or another related field, preferred • Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree • Minimum of 5 years of operational process improvement experience required • Proven project management and quality systems implementation experience required • Excellent communication skills • Ability to travel up to 10% required • Ability to influence management required • Experience coordinating logistics, inventory tracking, vendor ordering, or supply planning strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation schedules, equipment requirements, and vendor follow-ups simultaneously
