📋 Description

• Build AI/ML solutions that help clients turn data into action • Accelerate the use of and evaluate the efficacy of AI coding tools across the team • Implement both custom-built and vendor/COTS AI solutions, hands-on, from prototype through production • Design and implement AI solutions for automated program accomplishment tracking and reporting, including intelligent classification systems and proactive knowledge management • Implement generative AI (GenAI) with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to deliver precise, data-driven responses • Build an agentic framework enabling service ticket management, account administration, and intelligent journey orchestration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist in AI/ML with a proven track record of deploying production solutions required; 8+ years preferred • Strong AI/ML coding ability, with the capability to implement both custom and vendor-based solutions independently and use of AI coding tools • Experience with generative AI (GenAI) using large language models (LLMs) • Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, and experimental design with both quantitative and qualitative data • Expertise in AI/ML cloud technologies (preferably on AWS, including Bedrock, Lambda, and SageMaker) • Experience integrating AI solutions with legacy enterprise systems and orchestration platforms • Familiarity with data engineering, ETL processes, data pipelines, and APIs • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
