📋 Description

• Serve as Technical Lead for a team of ServiceNow Developers • Provide hands-on technical direction and leadership across platform initiatives • Design and implement custom Agentic AI workflows, AI Agents, and Now Assist Skills • Develop AI-driven Service Desk solutions using Agentic AI and Now Assist across Voice and Email support channels • Assess customer business needs and lead platform-wide ServiceNow enhancements • Modernize and automate Change Management processes and enable external system integrations • Plan, lead, and execute Service Operations Workspace implementation and deployment • Develop custom ServiceNow applications for program-level, customer-critical communications tracking • Lead and participate in high-level ServiceNow solution demonstrations • Design, develop, and maintain REST-based integrations with Oracle IDM, Oracle Databases, and GovDelivery • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities, including data modeling, discovery, service mapping, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree • 8+ years of related experience • Deep, proven expertise developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and AI solutions/workflows • Expert proficiency with SOAP, REST, and web services integrations • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Oracle IDM, Oracle Databases, and/or GovDelivery • Expert proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB, including data modeling, discovery, service mapping, and/or governance • Scripting proficiency in at least one language, preferably JavaScript • Experience serving as a technical lead for a development team • Understanding of Agile software testing lifecycle from smoke test through integration and production deployment • Analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Organizational and time management skills • Customer interaction and stakeholder negotiation skills • Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop technical solutions • Ability to document and create functionality aligned with customer value streams • Ability to communicate as a high-level technical authority and contribute to whitepapers, BOEs, and design documents • Ability to lead high-stakes customer demonstrations • Ability to drive methodology changes, manage customer deliverables, resolve process issues, and shape standards • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders, mentor junior team members, support staff development, lead knowledge shares, and lead innovation projects and technology pilots • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification • Must be able to obtain BI Full 6C (T4) Public Trust
