📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner within the Real Estate Lending technology organization • Align business objectives, operational needs, and technology solutions • Collaborate with business stakeholders, lending operations, and technology teams • Lead analysis of business processes and identify system enhancement and automation opportunities • Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements • Define requirements and deliver scalable solutions supporting Real Estate Lending objectives • Manage and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs • Support all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery through implementation • Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and support regulatory compliance • Contribute to technology modernization initiatives, including cloud-based and integrated solutions • Develop and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with user needs, market demands, and business value • Serve as a trusted advisor and foster cross-functional partnerships • Mentor team members and help drive strategic initiatives • Enhance operational efficiency and member/customer experience • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, or technology product delivery in enterprise environments, preferably financial services or mortgage lending • Strong experience in Real Estate Lending / Mortgage domain, including end-to-end lifecycle knowledge • Advanced understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and data models • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS and modern architecture patterns (preferred) • Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent data analysis and reporting platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders, and build strong working relationships • Ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and influence strategic decisions using data • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience • Successful completion of a background investigation; some assignments may include a credit check • Qualified applicants must satisfy applicable U.S. employment requirements
