📋 Description

• Order appraisals and communicate with appraisal companies, individual appraisers, and Lower employees to ensure completion • Interact with appraisal management companies, individual appraisers, and internal mortgage department staff from appraisal ordering through delivery • Monitor the appraisal desk email inbox and resolve appraisal orders and correspondence in a timely manner • Assist borrowers with loan transfer requests • Review appraisal management software reports to address escalations, extended turn-times, overdue appraisals, non-responsive appraisers, and orders on hold or declined • Assist with placing and monitoring revision requests to appraisal vendors • Facilitate borrower appraisal disputes and assist with potential second appraisal orders • Respond to questions, concerns, and issues resulting from appraisal reviews • Provide email responses within 2 hours • Ensure loan transfers are completed within required timeframes

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, management, clients, subordinates, and outside contractors • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a high-energy environment • Extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry • Technical knowledge of mortgage pricing strategies and models is a plus • Ability to analyze issues and create effective resolutions while managing multiple projects • Ability to provide email responses within 2 hours • Ability to complete loan transfers within required timeframes
