• Drive and execute the overall sales strategy alongside the SVP of Field Management • Deploy programs and initiatives to drive growth • Act as a liaison between clients and supporting organization • Provide fact-based insights, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and KPI tracking • Own, design, and deliver sales enablement and growth initiatives • Partner cross-functionally to identify scalable best practices and drive growth • Build support and momentum for key growth initiatives • Act as a liaison between advisors, Field Management, and home office partners • Support and grow the advisor community
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of financial services experience and business management expertise • 5+ years experience in the independent advisor space • 5+ years of project management experience • Ability to travel up to 30%
